Privileged Property is leasing about 12,000 m² of the Privileged Logistics Venray (PLV) distribution centre to Arvato Services. The distribution centre, currently under construction, is being developed by Privileged Property in cooperation with Merle Vastgoed B.V. The large-scale complex is located in the Smakterheide industrial estate in Venray and comprises about 40,000 m². PLV is one of the last major logistics developments at the Smakterheide industrial estate in Venray. The complex can be divided into four independent units, which are characterized by an exceptionally high-quality level of fitting-out. The developer, Privileged Property, is active in the development, structuring and management of property and property funds, as well as being involved in property financing. Arvato Services specializes in complex logistics services that are developed specifically for individual clients. The company is a division of Arvato AG, the media services provider of the German company Bertelsmann, one of the most prominent international media groups. The company has more than 100,000 employees and is active in publishing (Random House), entertainment (SONY BMG), TV (RTL Group), newspapers and magazines (Gruner + Jahr), book clubs (Directe Group, ECI), new media and communications services (Arvato). This new lease marks the entry of Arvato Services in the Dutch market for logistics services. One of the reasons why Arvato Services chose for PLV was its immediate availability and excellent accessibility, particularly from the Smakterheide exit which is near the intersection of the A67 and the A73, A40 and A61 motorways.
