DTZ Zadelhoff once again the largest adviser in office, business and retail property markets Property adviser strengthens position as market leader in user markets As in previous years, DTZ Zadelhoff is once again the Netherlands’ largest office, business and retail property adviser. In these three categories DTZ Zadelhoff is the market leader recording volume levels over double those of its nearest competitor. With 704,000 m2 in deals DTZ is well ahead of its competitors in the office market. Helped by its excellent contacts in the world of logistics, DTZ is way ahead of the field in the Dutch business property market. Fielding an impressive management portfolio of over 40 shopping centres, DTZ is the largest adviser in retail property, as is evident from the Top 101 estate agents rankings published by PropertyNL in its Friday 16 April edition. DTZ Zadelhoff has a prominent place in the business property market, both nationally and regionally. DTZ Zadelhoff is the largest property adviser in Amsterdam, The Hague region (Haaglanden), Utrecht (city), Haarlemmermeer, Central Brabant, the Arnhem-Nijmegen region (the ‘KAN’ region), South Limburg, West Brabant, North/Central Limburg. Twente/Achterhoek, North region (Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe) and Zwolle. In nearly all other regions DTZ Zadelhoff is in the top 3 of largest property advisers. DTZ Zadelhoff Executive Board Chairman Cuno van Steenhoven says: 'Our aim is not to be the largest, but the leading property adviser with the strongest client relationships, also at a local level.' According to PropertyNL DTZ Zadelhoff effected transactions totalling 704,000 m2 in the office market in 2009.
