Mobiliteit.NU
As part of Mobiliteit.NU, a foundation established by mobility experts Montefeltro, we developed the EuroMobility calculation model, which is designed to calculate the cost of integrated measures related to office innovation, mobility, terms of employment and sustainability. Together with Montefeltro, traffic and transport consultants GoudappelCoffeng and Buck Consultants, DTZ Zadelhoff has also been working on developing the National Accessibility Map as part of the Transumo value and property project. The National Accessibility Map is a digital map of the Netherlands that provides information on the accessibility of, and emissions generated by, traffic in the Netherlands, both today and in 2020. For more information, please visit www.mobiliteit.nu, www.transumofootprint.nl and www.bereikbaarheidskaart.nl.

Tomorrow Starts Today
An initiative of DTZ Zadelhoff and Philips, Tomorrow Starts Today is a partnership between these two organizations, Gispen Inrichters and Legrand Nederland. The objective of the partnership is to develop property where the systems, furnishings and fittings, and, preferably, the shell of the building all remain the property of the manufacturers. Then, at the end of the cycle, the manufacturers can take them back again and use them as raw materials for new products. The first project in Breda’s Digit Parc is currently underway – for more information, please visit www.tomorrowstartstoday.nl.

Stichting Tien Keer De Huur
What began as a joke on the night of Sunday 31 July 2005 eventually became the Tien Keer de Huur foundation. As part of an initiative to highlight the positive sides of real estate, the foundation’s members organized a board football tournament for the property sector in just seven weeks’ time.
As soon as the idea was launched, the property sector showed interest in the initiative, which marked the establishment of Stichting Tien Keer De Huur. The organization’s raison d’être is to raise public awareness of all aspects of real estate in a sportsmanlike and positive way, including in the property sector itself. DTZ Zadelhoff is proud to have established this initiative. For more information, please visit: www.tienkeerdehuur.nl.

DQ Section
Design company QuA Associates, property developer D+Z and property consultants DTZ Zadelhoff together form the joint venture DQ Section. The partnership integrates DTZ Zadelhoff's businesslike approach at the beginning of a re-accommodation project with the creative power of QuA Associates and the knowledge and experience of D+Z in the areas of design and project management. Comprehensive accommodation consultants DQ Section act as an intermediary for all parties in the process from planning to construction, from the very first phone call to the date the new occupants take possession. As the market leader, DTZ Zadelhoff, is sensitive to market trends and analyzes relevant opportunities based on the client’s specific situation. DQ Section translates the client’s ideal into an accommodation concept: a blueprint that describes the company’s values and objectives, the method of collaboration used by employees, and how this is reflected in the new accommodation. The concept is then converted into a design, after which it is developed. For more information, see also www.dqsection.nl.
